Join us for a behind the scenes look at how we plan, produce and assess our livestream program of Convening Leaders each year.

During the webinar, we’ll discuss all of the elements that go into our livestream and the onsite Mashup Studio. Everything from when and how we start the planning process to selecting the right content to livestream to the chat moderation plan.

Our presenters will also indulge your inquisitive side and take questions throughout the webinar so that you’ll feel inspired to shape your future hybrid event to fit all of your remote participants’ needs and wants.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss setting a realistic planning timeline when including a hybrid element to your onsite program
  • Construct a livestream content plan that would translate well to your audience
  • Evaluate how some of our livestream best practices could work for your upcoming digital events
